Mr. Naik started his career with Deloitte and Touché and has over the years worked with major conglomerates and in various verticals like medical, telecommunications, private equity, logistics, oil & gas, export trade, aviation, water rehabilitation, renewable energy, business development and a turnaround strategist. Currently his focus is on promoting private business company linkages between India and South Africa and working with various state agencies in promoting co-operation between the two countries under the BRICS Accord.

Shiv Charan Singh is a senior aviation avionics and MRO specialist with more than four decades of experience across aircraft maintenance engineering, avionics systems, flight recorder analysis, aviation certification, technical training, and DGCA-approved MRO operations. He is currently associated with ANAJ Consulting Private Limited (Strategy196) as Senior Aviation Technical Consultant, supporting aviation consulting, technical coordination, MRO advisory, aviation capability development, technical evaluations, and project facilitation initiatives.
A retired Indian Air Force aviation professional with extensive manufacturer and OEM training exposure, he has worked across fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, business aviation platforms, advanced avionics systems, and DGCA-approved maintenance environments. His experience includes MRO leadership, avionics certification, workshop management, technical inspections, CVR/FDR analysis, aviation technical training, and aircraft systems troubleshooting.

Vivek Verma is a strategic business consultant and execution leader with more than 20 years of professional experience across India and the GCC region. Associated with ANAJ Consulting Private Limited (Strategy196), he supports international business development, strategic partnerships, market expansion, cross-border collaboration, and project facilitation across sectors including aviation, defence, technology, consulting, education, infrastructure, and industrial ecosystems.
He has worked on consulting and execution-focused assignments involving business transformation, operational strategy, digital initiatives, capability development, and multi- stakeholder coordination across government and private sector environments. His experience includes engagement with senior government leadership, international stakeholders, and global business networks.
